The Hill Fields Pavilion is a stand-alone, contemporary venue situated in Caterham-on-the-Hill, approximately one mile from Caterham School. It has a bright and airy versatile function room with a licensed bar on the first floor with panoramic views of the surrounding sports pitches and fields through floor to ceiling windows.
The function room has a maximum capacity of 120 and can be divided into two areas if required with a partition wall. There are two 80-inch TV screens, one on each side of the room, great for playing TV channels or displaying your own visuals.
There is a small balcony on the first floor, with external stairs leading to two outside terraces perfect for a BBQ or just an extra outside space with seating.
For sporting events, there are separate children and adults changing rooms on the ground floor with access onto the pitches. Mobile catering or the kiosk can be arranged for outdoor sporting events.
The Hill Fields Pavilion is fully accessible with a lift and has its own large private car park.

Your booking includes venue hire, as well as the use of tables and chairs. Additional equipment and services may be available at an additional charge.
Yes, we offer ample on-site parking for your guests. If required, signage will be provided to guide them to the designated parking areas on the day of your event.

Access to the venue is available from the time you have booked it. If you require some additional time for set up beforehand, please arrange and book this in advance.
Our venue has a minimum hire period of 4 hours.
